“On July 4th, one of your drivers known only to me as “Mitch” recovered my vehicle which was stuck deceivingly deep. I was with 3 of my children and had spent hours and hours of my own time trying to dig myself out and was greatly frustrated. Your driver attended the situation and spent a great amount of effort and time before recovering my vehicle. He was professional and extremely courteous. I wish to convey my appreciation. I’m not sure I can fully express my gratitude for him not becoming frustrated and giving up even though he had spent more than a fair amount of time attempting to free my vehicle. I was beginning to believe that cause was lost and I was already exploring other possibilities for freeing my primary family vehicle his confidence and determination put to rest my doubts and thankfully shortly after he successfully freed my truck. My truck is a source of income as well as my primary vehicle for transporting my children to school. A major personal disaster was avoided thanks to him. I am aware that my truck was going to be freed one way or another I appreciate the amount of care he took with my truck.

“Recently, we had the misfortune to need a tow truck in a remote location east of Kenora. A MNR fire crew radioed their dispatcher who called you and you dispatched Mitch out of Kenora. I'm not sure how he found us so quickly, but he arrived in a very reasonable amount of time. When he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and efficiently extricated our stuck pick-up truck. He even offered us a drink on that 28 degree C day.
